Good Corporate Governance

Improving good corporate governance within the company is a continuous process and is a manifestation of the company’s strong commitment to good corporate governance. In every business activity, PT Migas Hulu Jabar applies the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). With the implementation of GCG principles which include transparency, accountability, responsibility, equality, and fairness, it is hoped that the Company can achieve sustainable growth as a form of responsibility to shareholders.

MUJ always strives to not only provide benefits for its shareholders, but also strives to participate in the fulfillment of welfare for employees and the community. MUJ strives so that its existence does not burden and harm the community, but instead must be felt to help and benefit the community, especially for the people of West Java. The Company continues to strive to benefit the community, either directly or indirectly. The birth of the company is an effort by the West Java Provincial Government to increase the benefits of the government to the community. Through business activities in the upstream oil and gas sector, the benefits are intended for the community. However, it must be acknowledged that the benefits in this sector are categorized as indirect benefits.Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or corporate social responsibility.
